Allows two church representatives (i.e. pastor, administrator, treasurer, financial secretary, church bookkeeper, etc.) to have immediate access to church management and administrative telephone consultation as questions arise from daily operations. You no longer will have to wait until the next church tax, denominational, pastor or secretary conference. You can get immediate answers while the information is still fresh on your mind!
Questions might relate to: payroll tax issues, filing of IRS tax forms, minister related tax issues, contributions, financial reports, committee responsibilities, job descriptions, strategic ministry planning, risk assessment, etc.
Realizing that most churches and ministries have limited budget funds, the UNLIMITED TELEPHONE CONSULTATION service has been established at only $35.00 per month. This amount is affordable for any size ministry. The service amount is billed every six months ($210.00). If leadership feels that the service is no longer a wise stewardship of ministry funds, it can be cancelled at the next six month billing cycle.
